Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop, curate, and manage engaging content across all platforms (images, video, written).
- Community Management: Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Outreach: Develop and expand community outreach efforts to grow our online presence.
- Strategy Development: Design and implement a social media strategy that aligns with business goals.
- Performance Reporting: Set specific objectives and report on ROI, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Content Management: Hands-on experience in content management with excellent copywriting skills.
- Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
- Design Skills: Familiarity with web design and publishing is a plus.
