Ensure excellent customer service by training staff on customer interaction and satisfaction

Address customer complaints and concerns effectively.

Monitor and manage inventory levels of ice cream and related products.

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and sufficient stock.

Ensure the quality and consistency of ice cream products.

Monitor equipment to maintain proper temperatures and cleanliness.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Manage the shop’s budget and financial transactions.

Track sales, expenses, and profits.

Language Skills: An appropriate skill in English, Urdu & Punjabi Languages

Technology Skill: Must have good computer skills and know Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
