As a Senior Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hair services to clients while also mentoring junior stylists.

Duties:

– Perform a wide range of hair styling services including cutting, colouring, and styling

– Upsell salon products and services to clients

– Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction

– Demonstrate expertise in barbering techniques and makeup application

– Mentor and train junior stylists to enhance their skills

– Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences

– Offer eyelash extensions services to interested clients

– Assist with store management duties when required

– Manage front desk operations during peak times

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with expertise in various hair techniques

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients

– Proficiency in barbering, makeup application, and eyelash extensions

– Previous experience in store management is advantageous
