Senior Care Assistant: Sponsorship Available

Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care to elderly residents in our care home. The ideal candidate will have a passion for senior care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and supervise a team effectively.
Duties:
– Drive the delivery of exceptional care services to residents
– Utilise IT systems for recording and updating resident information
– Provide senior care assistance with daily activities
– Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
– Demonstrate leadership skills in guiding and supporting care staff
– Develop and implement individualised care plans
– Oversee the smooth operation of the care home
– Supervise and mentor junior care staff
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in senior care is essential
– Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
– Ability to lead and supervise a team effectively
– Proficient in creating and implementing care plans
– Familiarity with working in a care home environment
– Strong IT skills for record keeping and documentation

Experience:
