We’re passionate about providing the best quality general nursing, residential and dementia care for older people.

As an established provider of care services, we are a highly professional organisation whose ethos revolves around quality, as well as having the wellbeing and care of residents as our highest priority.

Our focus is on giving residents as much independence as possible in a safe and friendly environment. We are a family owned business with family values at our core, with a growing team and sites UK wide.

You will join our team as a Senior Care Assistant providing nursing and care delivery services within the home. You will supervise care staff on duty to ensure delivery of care in accordance with resident’s individual care plans, policies and procedures.

Ideally you will have experience of working with people living with dementia, nursing care,
respite care or palliative care, have excellent leadership skills, be NVQ/SVQ level 3 qualified and be competent with the safe administration of medication.

We also offer a range of free Employee Benefits available including a 24 hour Employee Assistance Programme, so why not come and join our team and help us make our home a great place for our Residents.

Please note that all applicants who are offered employment will be subject to an enhanced criminal record check.

“At Craigielea we pride ourselves on creating a real ‘home from home’, with each room of our 60 rooms beautifully decorated and maintained, 32 of which are en-suite with the rest equipped with a restroom. We encourage our residents to bring along their own ornaments, furniture and keepsakes to make the place their own.

What’s more, our team work hard to ensure the best standards of quality are consistently met so that our residents can see the full benefit of around the clock specialist care and assistance, companionship, and for many, the renewed confidence and independence that having a team of dedicated support staff can bring”
