Salesforce Software Engineer: Sponsorship Available

This Salesforce Software Engineer will work closely with existing in-house technology, data and operations teams, and will play a key role in defining the overall solution design and build, and to then ensure its correct implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of our financial services business.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams, to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce features, including flows, triggers, Asynchronous processes, reports, and dashboards, to optimize business processes.
  • Oversee system integrations between Salesforce and other applications, ensuring data integrity and seamless information flow.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of Salesforce developers, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features, assessing their potential impact and recommending enhancements to maximize system efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement data governance policies and security protocols.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Skills/Experience:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or Engineer, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components and Salesforce APIs.
  • Good Knowledge on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.
  • Additional Knowledge on Geogrid, Google Maps or Esri maps implementation along with Salesforce Managed packages such as Conga , Conga Batch , Salesforce Maps.
  • Agile Software Project Management methodologies such as SCRUM and experienced on Dev Ops tools such as ADO Boards and Jira for tracking purpose and project management purpose.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security best practices
