Duties:

– Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation

– Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and proposals

– Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team

– Maintain customer databases and update customer information as needed

– Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service

– Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services

– Assist with order processing, including generating quotes, processing purchase orders, and tracking shipments

– Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team as necessary

– Support the sales team in achieving sales targets by providing necessary information and resources

Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred

– Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales environment

– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software

– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

– Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation

– Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

– Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
