Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Administrator to join our team. The Sales Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by handling administrative tasks, ensuring efficient sales processes, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
– Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients
– Utilize Microsoft Office and Word to create reports and documents
– Deliver outstanding customer service to resolve inquiries and issues
– Demonstrate strong computer literacy for data entry and system management
– Efficiently manage time to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
– Provide administrative support to the sales team
– Utilize software systems for sales administration purposes
– Conduct business correspondence in English
Requirements:
– Proven experience in an administrative role
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word
– Strong customer service skills
– Excellent computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly
– Exceptional time management abilities
– Familiarity with sales administration processes
– Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
