Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Administrator to join our team. The Sales Administrator will play a key role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes.
Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents.
– Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
– Maintain customer records and update information in the company database.
– Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
– Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
– Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports for management.
Skills:
– Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
– Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Outlook, Word, and other software applications.
– Basic IT knowledge to navigate computerized systems efficiently.
– Customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
– Organizational abilities to maintain accurate records and files.
– Familiarity with Sage or other CRM software is a plus.
