As a Project Support Officer, you will assist in the organization, planning, monitoring, and direction of projects, ensuring they are adequately resourced and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze project components, organize them into a logical sequence, and establish the minimum time required for the project.
- Create and maintain a project timetable, helping to ensure the project proceeds on schedule and managing relevant administrative elements of the project.
- Advise on project procedures and assist the project team in decision-making.
- Liaise with and ensure effective communication between the project team, other departments, the project manager, the client, and senior management.
- Monitor the progress of the project and provide updates to the project team, clients, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- GCSEs/S grades, A levels/H grades, a BTEC/SQA award, or equivalent qualifications.
- IELTS Overall Score of 5.5 or equivalent language proficiency.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- On-the-job training will be provided; professional qualifications in project management are advantageous.
