– Maintain office records and ensure proper filing systems are in place
– Handle phone calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy
– Utilise QuickBooks for financial record-keeping
– Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
– Provide clerical support as needed
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in office management or a similar role
– Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
– Experience in team management and supervision
– Proficiency in office software applications and QuickBooks
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
