Job Summary
The Neonatal ICU at Royal London Hospital if looking to appoint a Nursery Nurse to join our growing and expanding Neonatal Services. You will be joining a multi diverse and stimulating special care baby unit and will be working closely with patients and their families, under the supervision of the a Qualified in speciality neonatal nurse, providing excellent care across the medical and surgical specialities. If you would like the opportunity to be a part of a dedicated multi-disciplinary team and are a qualified nursery nurse, then this role is for you.
Main duties of the job
To work within NICU as part of the multidisciplinary team, promoting the unit philosophy of family centred care. To provide a high standard of nursing care under the supervision of qualified members of the team. To work with senior staff to assess patients, plan and implement care and maintain associated records. Ensure effective communication and close working with colleagues within the hospital, parents, carers and patients.
