Job Summary
We are seeking an IT Technician to join our team and provide technical support to our staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties
– Analyse and resolve technical issues reported by users
– Provide desktop support for hardware and software problems
– Assist with network troubleshooting including LAN connectivity
– Support and maintain various IT systems such as Office 365, Linux, and SCCM
– Manage help desk tickets efficiently using tools like Jira
– Configure and troubleshoot firewall systems
Qualifications
– Previous experience in a similar IT support role
– Strong knowledge of desktop support and network troubleshooting
– Familiarity with IT systems such as Office 365, Linux, and SCCM
– Excellent customer service skills
– Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
