As a dental receptionist, you will be a key member of the dental team; from the first phone call to the completion of treatment, you will be there to fully support the patient’s needs. You may also be supporting the dentist with various admin roles and be in charge of delivering outstanding customer service to all patients.
To be considered for a receptionist position at Iffley Dental you must have excellent communication skills, a good telephone manner, be warm and friendly towards patients, and have the patients and the practice’s needs in mind at all times. A dental background is essential for the receptionist job.
