Responsibilities:
– Supervise and manage all aspects of the restaurant operations, including staff, inventory, and customer service
– Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations and food safety standards
– Oversee food production and ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards
– Train and develop the restaurant staff in culinary skills, customer service, and team management
– Create and implement strategies to increase restaurant sales and profitability
– Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
– Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
Experience:
– Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in a hotel or restaurant setting
– Strong knowledge of food production techniques and culinary skills
– Proven track record of successfully leading a team and achieving business targets
– Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
– Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
