Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
Duties:
– Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
– Administer medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals
– Support clients with mobility and physical activities
– Help create and implement care plans tailored to individual needs
– Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
– Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
– Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
– Assist with meal preparation and feeding if necessary
Experience:
– Previous experience in home care or a care home setting is desirable but not essential
– Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
– A responsible , dedicated & flexible approach to your work
– Some flexibility as you will be supporting people in their own homes
