Key Responsibilities:
- Business Process Mapping: Conduct thorough analysis and mapping of existing business processes. Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Business Process Updates: Regularly update business processes to reflect changes and improvements, ensuring they remain aligned with business objectives.
- Gap Identification: Identify gaps in current business processes and implement effective solutions to address these gaps.
- Tender Writing: Write comprehensive and competitive tenders to win contracts, ensuring alignment with our business goals and services.
- Strategic Analysis: Apply analytical skills to strategic objectives, providing detailed analysis of cost drivers and their impact on pricing.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a continuous improvement mindset, providing critical tools and insights to enhance productivity and profitability.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present proposals for change clearly and concisely, influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Data Interpretation: Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information.
- Strategic Analysis: Experience in applying analysis to strategic objectives.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Process Documentation: Ability to analyze and document complex business processes, applying them to strategic change management.
- Project Management: Effective project management skills with a proven track record of successful project completion.
- Stakeholder Influence: Experience in influencing stakeholders at all levels within an organization.
- Process Mapping: Knowledge of process mapping techniques, including the use of swim lanes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the recruitment and social care sectors.
- Familiarity with UK tender writing processes.
- Knowledge of business improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
