Job Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling financial records, using accounting software, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
Duties:
– Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
– Utilise accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, and Xero to maintain financial records
– Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
– Prepare financial reports and summaries for review by management
– Assist in budget preparation and monitoring expenditure
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
– Proficiency in using accounting software like Sage, QuickBooks, and Xero
– Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
– Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines efficiently
